Exterior Insulation & Finish System

Annual inspections of exterior insulation and finish systems is critical in maintaining a properly performing façade. This inspection should pay special attention to sealants, flashings, cracks, holes, and the overall condition of the top coat. A regular maintenance schedule is required to assure that the façade is not being compromised, leading to water intrusion and possible mold issues. Many of our clients have us complete a visual inspection annually and an "on the wall" inspection and repair every four years.
