Sealants / Caulking

Routine inspection and replacement of failed sealants, commonly known as caulk, is a key step to keeping your building watertight. Most sealants have a service life of 7–15 years, although poor joint design and workmanship can cause failures within one year. J.S. Goray Inc has spent extensive time training our technicians on proper joint design and material selection, elevating us to the premier caulking contractor in the Chicago area.

Sealant replacement is the keystone service of our firm. We outfit all of our technicians with the specialty tools that are required for proper sealant replacement. Furthermore, we develop proprietary equipment to keep our materials climate controlled during hot and cold weather.

We strive to be as efficient as possible, so that we can pass our savings on to our clients; all while giving them the best finished product available.

Our firm is an active member of the Sealant Waterproofing & Restoration Institute.
