About J. S. Goray Inc.
About Our Firm:
We set out in 1993 to build a firm that would provide commercial real estate owners and property managers with intelligent and effective solutions delivered with industry-leading customer service. This vision is best displayed by our crew members "on the wall". We employ and retain dedicated technicians who participate in timely incentivized skill and safety training. Our goal is to bring about the service that we would want to hire for our own building.
Whether we are providing budgetary proposals, tracking down a leak, or restoring an entire building facade, many of our current clients have depended on our services for over two decades.
Our controlled and continual growth has positioned us to provide timely, quality solutions to clients throughout the Midwest.

Committed to Safety
J.S. Goray Inc takes our commitment to safety very seriously. The health and well being of everyone on our project sites is as always a priority at our firm. We have a Safety Training Incentive Program with our personnel that promotes and rewards individuals for completing specified training courses. We also have in-house training seminars for aerial work platforms and fall arrest systems.
In addition to our training programs, we have also stayed ahead of the curve in PPE and public safety. We have been using dust collection systems for years even when not required, and provide all of our personnel with proper PPE. With the ever changing nature of safety requirements, we dedicate a large amount of time looking for new ways to improve the safety of our Project sites.
Our efforts and progress have been measured by the Associated Builders and Contractors' Safety Training and Education Procress, or STEP, awards. We have held a Platinum level STEP award for years, and finally broke through to the Diamond Level STEP award. As illustrated to the graphic to the right, a Diamond Level Step means our firm is 770% more safe than the average contractor.
