About
About Our Firm
We set out in 1993 to build a firm that would provide commercial real estate owners and property managers with intelligent and effective solutions delivered with industry-leading customer service. This vision is best displayed by our crew members “on the wall”. We employ and retain dedicated technicians who participate in timely incentivized skill and safety training. Our goal is to bring about the service that we would want to hire for our own building.
Whether we are providing budgetary proposals, tracking down a leak, or restoring an entire building façade, many of our current clients have depended on our services for over three decades. Our controlled and continual growth has positioned us to provide timely, quality solutions to clients throughout the Midwest.

The reports from the tenants, are that your men did a great job and worked with them to accommodate the parking needs. Thanks again for a great job.
I am writing you to express my extreme satisfaction and gratitude for the outstanding job done by your team..." "...I am more than satisfied we made the best possible choice in selecting your firm to work on this project.
Thank you for the great job you and your team did" "you completely lived up to our admittedly tough standards. The quality of the work, color match, care that your team gave to our extensive landscaping, politeness of the entire crew, timeliness of the work, clean up and overall professionalism was exemplary.
